4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery time for all orders: 14 working days.
• Shipping costs and duties/taxes may vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees and import duties.
• Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
• Delays due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, including images and text, is the property of Yāqār Creations and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Yāqār Creations is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.

8. Charitable Contributions

• Yāqār Creations is committed to giving back to the community. 10% of all proceeds from purchases will be donated to registered charitable organizations supporting child welfare and other social causes.
• Donations are made periodically and transparently to ensure funds are allocated effectively.
• Customers are not eligible for tax deductions or receipts related to these contributions, as they are made directly by Yāqār Creations.
• Yāqār Creations reserves the right to select, update, or change the beneficiary organizations at its sole discretion.
• For transparency, updates on charitable contributions will be shared via our website or newsletters.

Terms & Conditions: Ambassador Promo Code Usage

1. Eligibility & Usage
   • Ambassador promo codes are valid only for regular-priced items and ready stock designs available at YĀQĀR Creations.
   • Promo codes cannot be used on promotional items, or in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or vouchers.
     
     
2. Single Use & Non-Transferability
   • Each promo code is intended for use by the Ambassador’s referred customer only and may not be resold, transferred, or used fraudulently.
     
     
3. Limitations
   • Only one promo code can be used per transaction.
   • The discount is applicable before taxes and shipping fees, if any.
     
     
4. Right to Revoke
   • YĀQĀR Creations reserves the right to revoke, cancel, or adjust any discount if a promo code is misused, incorrectly applied, or used in violation of these terms.
