At Yāqār Creations, we want you to love your jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Customers must contact customer service and state the reason for return—only applicable for wrong orders or damaged packaging. Video proof is required.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

• Contact our customer service at  Enquiry Form with your order details.
• We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Upon receipt and inspection, Refunds will be processed up to 30 working days upon receipt and inspection.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for defective items or incorrect orders.
• Contact us to arrange an exchange.
